About us
HC Need-a-Nerd is committed to serving the Texas Hill Country. It is my joy to help with any technology need, big or small. From restarting your internet router to securing your network from cyber attacks, I’ve got you covered! My personalized approach to tech support allows each client to get all tech needs addressed quickly and accurately without the frustration of being on hold with a call center representative you can hardly understand. Our Services
$100 (One-time)
- Reduce tech overwhelm with an in-home visit that is personalized to your needs. Need-a-Nerd will come straight to your house to clean up, organize, and simplify all your home technology.
- Organize phone, tablet, and PC interfaces. Simplify TV/remote, Wi-Fi, printer, and smart home devices. Includes a printed cheat sheet.

$35/month
-Ongoing support for any tech questions/issues.
-Unlimited calls/visits from 7am to 7pm. Comes with an optional monthly check-in.
$100 (One-time)
- Initial visit to establish proper cybersecurity in your home. Need-a-Nerd will secure your devices, give inside tips for scam awareness, install antiviral software, and setup password manager. This package includes my "Top 10 Scams" handout.
$40/month
- Premium support for ongoing digital security. Need-a-Nerd will be your guy for anything cybersecurity related. I personally monitor your network's security with emergency scam/breach response, and device and account health check-ups.
